FLEXI Silty Water Treatment Systems aim to assist amongst others, sites under development or urban areas to treat stormwater surface runoff that potentially carry pollutants and contaminants into storm drains.
Our patented surface runoff treatment systems use chemical flocculation and gravitational sedimentation aided by our specially designed layout to achieve effective removal of total suspended solids without the use of any mechanised mixer. FLEXI-M05 has a maximum treatment capacity of 5mÂ³/hr. Its compact design is ideal for work sites which has space constraints and which require treatment of minimal stormwater surface sun-off.
FLEXI-M10 has a maximum treatment capacity of 10mÂ³/hr. It is in general suitable for construction sites which are of a smaller scale or which require the system to be highly mobile.
Like FLEXI-M10, FLEXI-M20I is also designed for work sites of which are generally smaller but which require higher treatment capacity. In comparison, the FLEXI-M20I has a maximum treatment capacity of 20mÂ³/hr, twice that of FLEXI-M10.
FLEXI-M40 has a maximum treatment capacity of 40mÂ³/hr. It caters to bigger construction sites where the volume of discharged silty water is high.
FLEXI-M60 is designed to treat voluminous silty water discharge at very large work sites which require higher silty water treatment capacity. It will be able to treat silty surface run off at a rate of up to 60mÂ³/hr.
For large earthworks or civil engineering job sites, our FLEXI â€“ M80 will be able to treat silty surface run off at a rate of up to 80mÂ³/hr.
